Client charter

We seek to build our practice both by growing new business and by retaining existing clients. Our client will always be our most valued resource. Therefore, as part of our commitment to transparency and openness with our clients, we shall, in all of our dealings:

  1. Agree budget and billing procedures for the matter at hand as soon as practicable after receiving instructions and then adhere to them.
  2. If any matter becomes more protracted or complex than envisaged, we will advise the client of this at the earliest opportunity, thereby allowing the client to make an informed decision as how best to proceed.
  3. Respond to all emails and phone calls as soon as possible.
  4. Encourage the use of email for communicating with clients.
  5. Exercise discretion in all of our dealings on the client’s behalf.
  6. Provide our advice in a common sense, jargon-free manner with a view to always achieving the best possible result for the client.
  7. Seek to understand our clients’ businesses, as far as practicable, to enable us to better advise them.
